The brand шу+бi patisserie has a very interesting history.

The brand holder took part in the TV show "Master Chef" where she reached the final. Having prepared a dessert for the judges in which she combined two desserts "Shu" and "Biscuit", she received a negative review with the statement "You cannot combine two desserts in one."

Based on this situation, she decided to create her own brand of desserts and named it "Shu + Bi".

In the concept of brand identity, there is an objection to the opinion of judges with a counter-statement that "You can do this because it is delicious!"


The concept of identity is based on the counter-verse statement — "You can do this!"

The concept is reinforced by illustrations of famous characters, which show tongue out to the jury of the Master Chef TV project.
